Terms of sale (B2B)
We supply custom merchandise to clubs, supporters groups, schools and retailers on written quotes. Price per piece in the written quote within 2 working days. Minimums, colour counts, sizes, single/double-sided construction and packaging drive price and lead time. Payment is deposit on order with balance before shipping (standard B2B). Lead times run from approval of the final proof or prototype. Custom goods cannot be cancelled after approval; changes may affect price and timing.

Licensing and trademarks
We produce club crests, club names, league marks and mascots only for the rights holder (the club, league, school) or with its written consent. Supporters groups can order their own designs; crest designs only with the club’s consent. We never sell crested products of clubs to third parties. Basis in EU case law: Arsenal v Reed.
- Rights must be proven or consent provided
- We may refuse orders that infringe rights
- Documentation can be requested at quote stage
