What drives the price per piece
Quantity per design
The strongest lever. Higher quantities of one design reduce set-up impact. Splitting into many small runs raises the unit cost.
Decoration method and build
Knitted jacquard vs sublimated print vs satin finish on scarves, and panel complexity and embroidery on plush, drive time and materials.
Colours and sides
Jacquard knit works up to 6–8 colours. Printed scarves handle gradients, faces and sponsor logos; double-sided print costs more than single.
Size and finish
Standard scarf sizes (140–150 × 18–20 cm) are most efficient. Plush size (20–40 cm) and accessories (mini kit/scarf) also affect cost.
Labelling and packaging
CE/GPSR labels on plush are standard. Custom swing tags, header cards or gift boxes are on request and shown separately in the quote.
Delivery terms
Express parcel vs freight and DDP for non‑EU countries are quoted as separate lines. Rush requests may affect the total.

Fewer designs, higher quantities
Consolidate variants to lift pieces per design. The unit price drops faster than ordering many small runs.
Match method to artwork
For faces, photos and gradients, choose HD printed scarves instead of forcing complex jacquard.
Stick to standard sizes and finishes
Standard scarf dimensions and tassels or fringes keep material use and handling predictable.
One-sided where suitable
Single-sided print scarves are economical for sponsor, event or tour designs seen mainly front-on.

How do I get a custom scarves price and what should I send?
Email quantities per design, artwork or a brief (crest, colours, slogans), scarf type (knitted jacquard, HD printed, silk/satin), size, single or double-sided, delivery country and deadline. We reply with your price per piece in the written quote within 2 working days.
What is the football scarf minimum order?
Knitted jacquard scarves and HD printed scarves start from 50 pieces per design. Silk & satin scarves start from 100. Bar scarves, kids scarves, snoods and neck warmers start from 50. See the table above for MOQs and lead times.
What determines the mascot plush price?
Size (20–40 cm), the number of panels and embroidered details, accessories (mini kit or scarf), order quantity, and any custom packaging. MOQ is 300 per design. Prototype is 2–3 weeks and production is 8–10 weeks after approval. Your price per piece is confirmed in the written quote within 2 working days.
Do you offer samples before production?
Yes. Scarf designs: digital design proof is free within 48 hours; a physical scarf sample takes 7–10 days and its cost is credited against the order. Mascot plush: a prototype is made in 2–3 weeks for approval before production. For apparel, we provide design proofs; sample garments are on request and confirmed in the quote.
Can I mix sizes within the MOQ for kits and jerseys?
Yes. Kids team kits and team jerseys are fully sublimated with sizes 104–176 cm and adult S–XXL available in the same design. MOQ is 10 per design and sizes can be mixed within that.
What are delivery and payment terms?
We ship worldwide from the EU by express courier or freight. DDP (duties prepaid) is possible for non‑EU countries. Standard B2B terms: deposit and balance before shipping, VAT invoice from an EU company. We support English, German and Polish.
