What are the minimums and lead times?
Knitted jacquard scarves: MOQ 50 per design, 3–5 weeks. HD printed scarves: MOQ 50, 2–3 weeks. Silk & satin scarves: MOQ 100, 2–3 weeks. Bar scarves, kids scarves, snoods and neck warmers: MOQ 50, 3–5 weeks. Kids team kits, team jerseys and training & travel wear: MOQ 10 per design, 3–4 weeks. Mascot plush: MOQ 300, prototype 2–3 weeks, production 8–10 weeks. Mini plush & keyrings: MOQ 500, 8–10 weeks. Mascot costumes (walk‑around): from 1 piece, 4–6 weeks.
Can we mix sizes in one order for team kits and jerseys?
Yes. Kids team kits and team jerseys are available in sizes 104–176 cm and adult S–XXL in the same design, and sizes can be mixed within the MOQ.
How does pricing work?
You receive the price per piece in the written quote within 2 working days. Pricing depends on quantity, number of colours, size, single‑ or double‑sided construction/printing, and packaging. We confirm all details in the quote.
Do you provide design and samples?
Design is free with a production order, created for your organisation and never resold. For scarves: digital design proof is free within 48 hours; a physical sample is available in 7–10 days and its cost is credited against the order. Mascot plush includes a prototype in 2–3 weeks. For other items, sampling is confirmed in the quote.
Do you deliver internationally and handle duties?
Yes. We ship worldwide from the EU by express courier or freight. DDP (duties prepaid) is possible for non‑EU countries. We can deliver to your stadium, school, shop or warehouse.
What compliance, payment terms and languages do you support?
Mascot plush is EN71-1/2/3 tested with CE and GPSR labelling. OEKO‑TEX/REACH documentation is available where applicable. Payment is deposit + balance before shipping (standard B2B), with a VAT invoice from an EU company. We support English, German and Polish.
