Can we mix products and sizes in one order for a launch?
Yes. Orders can combine knitted, HD printed or silk/satin scarves, plush, teamwear and accessories, packed by SKU and delivered together. Each product still has its own MOQ, which we confirm in the quote.
What is your licensing policy for fan shop lines?
We produce club crests, names, league marks and mascots only for the rights holder or with its written consent. Supporters groups can order their own designs, and crest use only with the club’s consent. We never sell crested products to third parties.
How fast can you replenish bestsellers?
After the first run, we can repeat approved designs on the same timelines: HD printed scarves 2–3 weeks, knitted 3–5 weeks, teamwear 3–4 weeks, plush 8–10 weeks. We align shipping to your warehouse windows.
What drives the unit price and when do we get it?
You receive a written quote with price per piece within 2 working days. Price depends on quantity, number of colours, size range, single vs double‑sided printing/knit, add‑ons and packaging.
Do you handle safety and compliance for retail?
Yes. Mascot plush is EN71‑1/2/3 tested with CE and GPSR labelling. Textiles follow REACH; OEKO‑TEX options are available on request. Packaging and barcodes are prepared to your retail spec.
What about delivery and customs for non‑EU shops?
We ship worldwide from the EU by courier or freight. DDP (duties prepaid) is available for many destinations, so customs and taxes can be settled in advance. Details are confirmed in the quote.
