Frequently asked questions
What is sublimation and how durable are the colours?
Sublimation fuses the design into the polyester fibres, so colours and details do not sit on top of the fabric and will not crack or peel. Wash‑fastness is excellent when following normal care instructions.
What is the minimum order for sublimated jerseys?
The minimum is 10 pieces per design. You can mix sizes within the same design in your order.
Can we include names, numbers and sponsor logos?
Yes. Names, numbers and sponsor logos are included within the sublimation print at no extra design cost. Please provide vector logos where possible; we confirm all details in the quote.
Do you make custom hockey jerseys, basketball jerseys and rugby jerseys?
Yes. We supply sport‑specific sublimated jerseys for ice hockey, basketball and rugby, as well as football, handball and volleyball. Cuts and details appropriate to each sport are confirmed in the quote.
What sizes are available?
Youth 104–176 cm and adult S–XXL are available; your full size run is confirmed in the written quote. You can mix youth and adult sizes in one order.
What are your delivery and payment terms?
Worldwide delivery from the EU by courier or freight. DDP (duties prepaid) is available for non‑EU countries. Standard B2B terms apply: deposit and balance before shipping, with a VAT invoice from our EU company. We support English, German and Polish in communication.
