How do you handle licensing and rights?

We produce club crests, names, league marks and mascots only for the rights holder (the club, league, school) or with written consent. Supporters groups can order their own designs, and may include the crest only with the club’s approval. We never sell crested products of clubs to third parties (EU case law: Arsenal v Reed).

What are the minimums and lead times?

You receive the price per piece in the written quote within 2 working days. Pricing is driven by quantity, number of colours, size, single‑ or double‑sided print, and packaging. We confirm all inclusions in the quote.

Can you hit a specific launch date, final or anniversary?

We plan proofs, sampling and production to your date. Digital proofs are typically ready within 48 hours; scarf samples take 7–10 days; production times follow the product family. Share your deadline and we will confirm feasibility in the quote.

What compliance and documentation do you provide?

Mascot plush is EN71-1/2/3 tested with CE and GPSR labelling. Materials comply with REACH; OEKO‑TEX options are available on request. We provide test reports and labels as required.

Do you deliver outside the EU and handle customs?

Yes. We ship worldwide from the EU and can offer DDP (duties prepaid) for non‑EU deliveries. We deliver to the stadium, club shop or your logistics partner. EU orders are invoiced with VAT as applicable.
