What leagues and federations ask us to solve

Federation merchandise programmes need consistent branding, predictable costs and delivery to dozens or hundreds of destinations. We organise that under one framework so clubs can call off what they need in-season.

Framework pricing and call-offs

A league-wide framework with defined product families and price breaks per specification. Clubs place call-off orders against the framework; price per piece in the written quote within 2 working days for the initial setup.

Central design system

Templates that keep sponsor marks, fonts and colours consistent across all clubs while allowing each crest and slogan. Design is free with a production order; artwork created for your league and never resold.

Licensing control

We produce crests and league marks only for the rights holder or with written consent from the league/club. The league can issue umbrella permissions; we document approvals (EU case law: Arsenal v Reed).

Club-by-club logistics

Direct delivery to each stadium or club shop. Worldwide courier or freight from the EU, with DDP (duties prepaid) available for non‑EU clubs.

Seasonal roll‑outs

Drop calendars aligned to season openers, playoffs and finals. Lead times matched to product type so VIP and retail lines arrive together.

Safety and compliance

Plush lines tested to EN71-1/2/3 with CE and GPSR labelling; textiles REACH/OEKO‑TEX on request. Standard B2B paperwork and VAT invoices from an EU company.

Frequently asked questions

Can we run one framework for all clubs with call‑off orders?

Yes. We set up a league framework with specifications and price breaks. The league manages approvals; clubs place call‑offs as needed. We can ship per club and invoice centrally or per shipment, with standard B2B terms (deposit + balance).

How are prices set for a federation merchandise programme?

Price per piece is confirmed in a written quote within 2 working days. Pricing depends on quantity per design, number of colours, size, single or double‑sided construction, and any special packaging or labelling. We state all assumptions in the quote.

What are the minimum order quantities per product?

Knitted jacquard scarves MOQ 50 per design; HD printed scarves MOQ 50; silk & satin scarves MOQ 100; bar/kids/snoods MOQ 50; mascot plush MOQ 300; mini plush & keyrings MOQ 500; kids team kits, team jerseys and training & travel wear MOQ 10 sets or pieces per design; mascot costumes from 1 piece.

What lead times should we plan for around the season calendar?

Knitted scarves 3–5 weeks after approval; HD printed/silk scarves 2–3 weeks; kits/jerseys/training 3–4 weeks; mascot plush 8–10 weeks (with a 2–3 week prototype stage); mascot costumes 4–6 weeks. We align batches to season openers, finals and events.

How do you handle licensing and sponsor marks across the league?

We produce crests, league marks and mascots only for the rights holder or with written consent from the league/club. The league can issue central permissions; we keep the records. This follows EU case law (Arsenal v Reed). Sponsor marks are built into the central templates.

Can small clubs mix sizes and personalisation in kits and jerseys?

Yes. Kids team kits cover sizes 104–176 cm and adult S–XXL in the same design, with names, numbers and sponsor logos included. MOQ is 10 sets per design with sizes mixable.

Do you deliver outside the EU and manage duties?

Yes. We ship worldwide from the EU by express courier or freight. DDP (duties prepaid) is available for non‑EU deliveries. We can deliver to the stadium, training ground or club shop.
