- HD printed: sublimation on polyester or fleece, single- or double-sided, photo-quality; MOQ 50; production 2–3 weeks.
- Silk & satin: satin/silk-feel polyester, vivid print, hemmed or fringed for finals/VIP; MOQ 100; production 2–3 weeks.
Mascot plush (replica)
A safe, retail-ready plush of your club mascot, with optional mini kit or scarf in club colours.
- 20–40 cm; embroidered details; EN71-1/2/3 tested; CE; GPSR labelling.

Brief and licensing check
Tell us which products you want, rough quantities, dates and who will use or buy them. Share your crest, mascot artwork and colours. We only produce club crests, names, league marks and mascots for the rights holder (the club, league, school) or with written consent; supporters groups can order their own designs, and crest designs only with the club’s consent.

Proposal and design direction
Within two working days you receive a written proposal with products, quantities, price per piece, and lead times. Once aligned, our designers build one design system across scarf, plush accessories and kit. Digital design proof for scarves is free within 48 hours; kit artwork and size matrix are confirmed at this stage.

Samples and prototype
A physical scarf sample is made in 7–10 days for approval. The mascot plush prototype takes 2–3 weeks. Kits use signed-off print proofs and a size run plan; physical garment samples are prepared on request and confirmed in the quote.

Production
Approved samples become the production standard. Scarves are produced in EU partner factories (knitted 3–5 weeks; printed/satin 2–3 weeks). Plush production takes 8–10 weeks. Kits take 3–4 weeks. Our team conducts final QC and applies the agreed labels and barcodes.

Delivery and handover
We ship by express courier or freight to your stadium, academy or club shop. DDP (duties prepaid) is possible for non‑EU countries. One invoice, standard B2B terms (deposit + balance before shipping). Artwork is created for you and never resold.
