Brief and rights check
Tell us which products you need (scarves, kits, plush, etc.), rough quantities, deadlines and delivery country. Send your crest in vector if available and brand colours. We check that you are the rights holder or have consent if your design includes a club crest, league mark or mascot.

Quote and free design
You receive the price per piece in the written quote within 2 working days, with lead times and delivery options. Our in-house team prepares free digital mock-ups after you confirm direction — for scarves, a first design proof is usually within 48 hours. Edits to layout, colours and wording are included.

Sample or prototype (if applicable)
For knitted or printed scarves, a physical sample is available in 7–10 days and its cost is credited against the order. Mascot plush has a sewn prototype in 2–3 weeks, EN71/CE/GPSR labelling confirmed in the spec. Mascot costumes by MascotiQ include photo proofs and fittings as agreed.

Production
Once you approve the proof/sample, we produce with partner factories in the EU and audited plush workshops; final QC and labelling are done by us. Typical timings: knitted scarves 3–5 weeks; HD printed or satin scarves 2–3 weeks; kids team kits and team jerseys 3–4 weeks; mascot plush 8–10 weeks; mascot costumes 4–6 weeks.

Delivery
Express courier or freight from the EU to your stadium, club shop or distributor. For non‑EU countries we can ship DDP (duties prepaid) on request. You receive a VAT invoice from an EU company; payment is deposit on order, balance before shipping.

Crest and artwork
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG) and any mascot illustration. If you only have a bitmap, send it — we will advise.
Colours, fonts, sponsors
Pantone or RGB/CMYK values, typography and sponsor logo rules. Names, numbers and logos are included on sublimated kits.
Quantities and dates
Pieces per design, event dates and delivery window. We plan sampling and production backwards from your deadline.
Sizes (for kits and jerseys)
Kids 104–176 cm and adult S–XXL can be mixed in one design. Send your size breakdown if known.
Delivery details
Country, postcode and whether you need DDP (duties prepaid). Delivery to the stadium or club shop is available.
Company and billing info
Legal name, VAT number and invoice email. Standard B2B terms: deposit on order, balance before shipping.
Rights confirmation
We can produce crests, league marks and mascots only for the rights holder or with written consent.

Design proofs and mock-ups
Approve layout, colours and text. One round of changes is included; additional rounds are quoted if needed.
Pre‑production sample / prototype
For scarves and plush, you approve the physical sample. Colour and finish tweaks are free; new shapes mean a new sample.
Production go‑ahead
Sign off the final spec (sizes, sides, packaging, labelling). This becomes the standard for QC.
Branding and licensing
We verify your right to use the crest or mascot. Supporters groups can order their own designs; crest use needs club consent.

What are the minimum order quantities (MOQ)?
Knitted jacquard scarves: 50 per design. HD printed scarves: 50. Silk & satin scarves: 100. Bar scarves, kids scarves, snoods and neck warmers: 50. Mascot plush (20–40 cm): 300 per design. Mini plush & keyrings (8–12 cm): 500. Mascot costumes by MascotiQ: from 1 piece. Kids team kits and team jerseys (all sports): 10 sets per design, sizes mixable. Training & travel wear: 10 per design.
How long does each step take?
Quote in 2 working days. Digital scarf proof typically within 48 hours. Physical scarf sample 7–10 days. Production: knitted scarves 3–5 weeks; HD printed or satin scarves 2–3 weeks; kids team kits and jerseys 3–4 weeks; mascot plush 8–10 weeks (prototype 2–3 weeks); mascot costumes 4–6 weeks. Delivery by courier usually 2–7 days depending on destination.
What drives the price per piece?
Quantity per design is the main lever. Number of colours, size, single vs double‑sided decoration and packaging also affect the unit price. You receive the price per piece in the written quote within 2 working days with these factors shown.
Do you deliver worldwide and handle customs?
Yes. We ship by express courier or freight from the EU. For non‑EU countries we can deliver DDP (duties prepaid) on request. Delivery to the stadium or club shop is available.
How do payments and invoicing work?
Standard B2B terms: deposit on order confirmation and balance before shipping. You receive a VAT invoice from an EU company. We support English, German and Polish in communication.
