How far in advance should we order tournament merchandise?
Work back from your event date using product lead times plus shipping and approval buffers. As a guide: HD printed or satin scarves 2–3 weeks, knitted scarves 3–5 weeks, kits 3–4 weeks, mascot costumes 4–6 weeks, mascot plush 8–10 weeks, plus 2–7 days transit. We confirm a fixed schedule in the quote.
Can you guarantee delivery for a fixed date?
We plan production to your matchday and confirm the timeline in writing with the quote. Once artwork is approved and the deposit is received, we book capacity to meet the date. Final confirmation is in the order acknowledgement.
What drives the price of event scarves and other items?
Quantity, number of colours, size, single vs double-sided, fabric/knit type, and packaging. For kits, the number of sizes and personalisations also matter. You receive a price per piece in the written quote within 2 working days.
What are the minimums for youth cup merchandise?
Scarves start at 50 pieces per design (knitted or HD printed), satin scarves at 100 pieces, kids and adult kits at 10 sets per design (sizes mixable), mascot plush at 300 pieces and mini plush/keyrings at 500 pieces. Mascot costumes are from 1 piece.
Do you offer samples before production?
Yes. Digital design proof for scarves within 48 hours; physical scarf sample in 7–10 days. Mascot plush prototype takes 2–3 weeks. Sample cost is credited against the order.
Can you deliver directly to the venue or tournament office?
Yes. We deliver worldwide from the EU by express courier or freight, including DDP (duties prepaid) for non‑EU countries, to the stadium, club shop or your chosen address.
