Shipping and delivery options
Club merchandise shipping worldwide from the EU by express courier or freight. DDP (duties prepaid) available for many non‑EU countries.
Worldwide delivery from the EU
Parcel, pallet or freight to your address. Delivery to the stadium, training ground or club shop is available. We handle export documents.

Incoterms and duties

Consolidation and split deliveries
One order to multiple addresses or phased deliveries for events on request; each leg is quoted with its own transit time.

Digital design proof is within 48 hours. Production is 2–3 weeks for HD printed scarves and 3–5 weeks for knitted jacquard; silk & satin 2–3 weeks. Add transit from the EU (typically 2–5 working days in Europe; other regions confirmed in the quote). A physical sample, if ordered, takes 7–10 days.
Can you ship club merchandise worldwide with duties prepaid (DDP)?
Yes. For many non‑EU countries we can offer DDP so duties and taxes are settled in advance. Availability and rates are confirmed in the written quote.
When does production start and how are dates confirmed?
Production starts after artwork approval and deposit. Your written quote and order confirmation show the target dispatch window and the shipping service options to meet your date.
Do you offer rush production or partial shipments?
On request. Rush capacity and split deliveries depend on the product and quantity; we confirm feasibility, costs and transit times in the quote.
Can you deliver directly to our stadium, training ground or club shop?
Yes. We deliver to the stadium or club shop and can align arrival before a matchday or event. Please provide the receiving contact and delivery window.
How long should we allow for mascot plush from start to delivery?
Prototype 2–3 weeks, production 8–10 weeks, plus shipping time from the EU. For a fixed event, plan backwards and allow extra time for approvals; exact dates are confirmed in the quote.
