About these examples

All images shown here are design visualisations for fictional clubs. They demonstrate how we approach layouts, colours and finishing on different products. They are not photographs of completed client orders.

Scarf options covered in these mock‑ups include knitted jacquard scarves (double‑layer acrylic jacquard knit, standard 140–150 × 18–20 cm plus tassels or fringes, up to 6–8 colours; cotton or recycled acrylic on request), HD printed scarves (sublimation on polyester or fleece, single‑ or double‑sided, photo‑quality with gradients, faces and sponsor logos), and satin/silk‑feel polyester scarves for finals, anniversaries, VIP and sponsors.

Mascot plush visualisations show 20–40 cm designs with embroidered details and a mini kit or scarf in club colours. Production plush is EN71‑1/2/3 tested, CE marked and GPSR labelled. Mini plush and keyrings/bag charms at 8–12 cm are also available.

Kit concepts include kids team kits and team jerseys for football, ice hockey, basketball, handball, volleyball, rugby and more. Fully sublimated designs can carry names, numbers and sponsor logos, with youth and adult sizes in one run.

Sampling and timing: for scarves, a digital design proof is free within 48 hours; a physical sample takes 7–10 days and its cost is credited against the order. Typical lead times from approval are 3–5 weeks for knitted jacquard scarves; 2–3 weeks for HD printed and satin/silk‑feel scarves; 3–4 weeks for kits and training wear. Plush projects run 2–3 weeks for a prototype and 8–10 weeks for production.

Minimums by product: scarves and neckwear from 50 per design (silk & satin scarves from 100); kids kits, team jerseys and training & travel wear from 10 sets per design (sizes mixable); mascot plush from 300 per design; mini plush and keyrings from 500. Mascot costumes are made by our sister studio MascotiQ from 1 piece in 4–6 weeks; plush and costume can share one character design.

Pricing: we do not publish prices. You receive a price per piece in the written quote within 2 working days. Price depends on quantity, number of colours, size, single‑ or double‑sided construction, and packaging.

Design is free with a production order. Artwork is created for your club and never resold. If you need to see how your identity maps to our formats, request custom scarf design examples or a plush/kit visual first.

Production is managed by our in‑house team in Poland with partner factories in the EU and audited plush workshops. Final QC and labelling are by us. Delivery is worldwide from the EU by express courier or freight; DDP (duties prepaid) is possible for non‑EU countries, with delivery to your stadium or club shop.

Administration: we work in English, German and Polish. Standard B2B terms apply — deposit on order and balance before shipping, with a VAT invoice from an EU company.
