We issue VAT invoices from an EU company. Intra‑EU B2B orders with a valid VAT number are invoiced without VAT under the reverse charge rules. Standard payment terms are deposit on order and balance before shipping, as stated in the quote.

## Product safety and compliance

Product safety, conformity and labelling follow EU law. For plush items we provide EN71‑1/2/3 test reports and CE and GPSR labelling. Materials are sourced in line with REACH. Relevant declarations and certificates are provided on request and with the goods.
