We send a price per piece in the written quote within 2 working days. Pricing depends on quantity, number of colours, size, single- or double-sided construction, materials, packaging and delivery terms. Names, numbers and sponsor logos are included on sublimated kits.

Design is free with a production order. Our in-house team creates the scarf layout, plush character details and kit graphics from your crest, colours and brief; you approve everything before production. Artwork is created for your club and is never resold.

Yes. For scarves, a digital design proof is free within 48 hours; a physical sample takes 7–10 days and its cost is credited against the order. Plush projects include a sewn prototype in 2–3 weeks for approval before bulk production.

We produce club crests, club names, league marks and mascots only for the rights holder (the club, league, school) or with its written consent. Supporters groups can order their own designs, and crest designs only with the club's consent. We never sell crested products of clubs to third parties. EU case law: Arsenal v Reed.

Delivery worldwide from the EU by express courier or freight; DDP (duties prepaid) is possible for non-EU countries. We can deliver to your stadium, training ground or club shop. Payment is deposit on order and balance before shipping (standard B2B). VAT invoice from an EU company. We support English, German and Polish in daily communication.

Mascot plush is EN71-1/2/3 tested with CE marking and GPSR labelling. Materials are REACH-compliant; Oeko‑Tex certificates are available on request. We handle the required documentation and labelling and act as the EU responsible person where applicable.
