Digital design proof

Knitted jacquard scarf sample
Double-layer acrylic jacquard knit with your crest, name or slogan woven in. Physical scarf sample in 7–10 days; sample cost credited against the order.

Approve or refine
Review the sample. If colour, fabric or details need tuning, we adjust and, if required, make a revised sample. Any extra time or cost is confirmed before we proceed.

After approval, we produce and carry out final QC and labelling. Scarves: 2–5 weeks depending on type. Plush: 8–10 weeks. Delivery worldwide by express courier or freight; DDP available for non‑EU on request.

Can we order a scarf sample before committing to production?
Yes. You receive a free digital proof within 48 hours. A physical scarf sample is made in 7–10 days; the sample cost is credited against the order. Minimum order per design is 50 for knitted or HD printed scarves and 100 for silk/satin. Exact sample and shipping costs are confirmed in the quote.
Is a mascot plush prototype mandatory?
Yes. Every new mascot plush requires a prototype (2–3 weeks) to finalise shape, fabrics and embroidery before mass production. Plush is EN71-1/2/3 tested with CE and GPSR labelling. Minimum order per design is 300 for plush (500 for mini plush/keyrings). Prototype cost and any crediting are confirmed in the quote.
What drives sample and unit pricing?
Quantity per design, technique (knitted vs printed), number of colours, size, single vs double-sided print, and packaging drive scarf pricing. For plush, size, construction, accessories (mini kit/scarf) and order quantity matter. You receive a written quote with the price per piece within two working days.
Can you ship samples outside the EU?
Yes. We ship worldwide from the EU by express courier or freight. DDP (duties prepaid) is possible for non‑EU countries on request. Transit time and cost are shown on the quote.
How close will colours be to our brand colours?
For knitted scarves we match the nearest available yarn (cotton or recycled acrylic on request). For printed scarves we match as closely as the sublimation process allows. The sample is the colour reference for production; any tolerances are confirmed in the quote.
How do payments work for samples and orders?
Standard B2B terms: deposit on order confirmation and balance before shipping, with a VAT invoice from an EU company. Samples are invoiced; scarf sample costs are credited against the production order. Language support in English, German and Polish.
