Quality control, materials and safety standards
Our club merchandise is built on controlled materials, documented tests and clear labelling. EN71 plush with CE, OEKO-TEX scarves on request, Pantone colour matching for printed goods and wash tests for kits are part of our process; GPSR merchandise labelling and final pre‑shipment quality control happen at our studio before dispatch.

What we apply across scarves, kits, plush and teamwear for clubs, academies and supporters.
EN71 plush and CE marking
Mascot plush (20–40 cm) and mini plush/keyrings are EN71-1/2/3 tested and CE marked, with GPSR labelling. We use embroidered details and securely attached trims; age grading and warnings appear on the tag and packaging.
OEKO-TEX scarves and fabrics
Knitted jacquard scarves are EU-made; cotton or recycled acrylic available on request. OEKO-TEX certified yarns and fabrics can be specified in the quote. All inputs are sourced to comply with EU REACH.
Colour control and wash tests
Pantone matching for crests, sponsors and club colours. HD printed scarves and sublimated kits use controlled CMYK profiles; we run test prints and internal wash tests during development. Digital proof within 48 hours; optional physical scarf sample in 7–10 days (credited against the order).
QC, traceability and labelling
Final QC and labelling by us: care labels, fibre content, size, origin and barcodes if needed. Cartons carry design/size counts. GPSR product identification and responsible EU company details are shown; CE mark where applicable.
What we check before shipping
- Artwork and crest/sponsor approvals match the final mock-ups.
- Pantone targets confirmed; test prints approved for printed items.
- Scarf dimensions, tassels/fringes and finish match the spec.
- Embroidery, seams and trims inspected for finish and attachment.
- Player names, numbers and sizes checked against the roster for kits and jerseys.
- Care labels, fibre content, origin and size applied as specified.
- GPSR information and CE mark (for toys) present on goods and cartons.
- Barcodes and packaging per purchase order; carton labels for stadium or club shop delivery.
Frequently asked questions
Do you provide EN71 plush test reports?
Yes. Each new plush mascot design is tested to EN71-1/2/3 and CE marked with GPSR labelling. We provide the test documentation and declarations for your records. Reorders of an unchanged design use existing reports; material or construction changes may require updated testing.
Can you supply OEKO-TEX scarves?
Yes. OEKO-TEX certified yarns and fabrics are available on request for knitted jacquard scarves and selected textiles. We confirm availability, lead time impact and the price per piece in the written quote within 2 working days.
How do you handle colour matching across knit and print?
We work to your Pantone references. Knitted jacquard scarves use a fixed palette (up to 6–8 colours per design), while printed items (HD scarves, kits) use CMYK. We provide digital proofs and, for scarves, an optional physical sample to align colours within the limits of each material and process.
What labels and markings do you apply under GPSR?
Product identification, fibre content and care instructions, and the name and address of the responsible EU company. Toys also carry the CE mark, age grading and relevant warnings. We add barcodes and size stickers if you supply the data.
Where are products made and who inspects them?
Scarves, kits and printing are produced with partner factories in the EU; plush is made with audited partner workshops. Final quality control and labelling are done by us in Poland before packing. We deliver worldwide; DDP (duties prepaid) is possible for non‑EU countries.
How do you ensure wash durability for kits and teamwear?
Team kits and jerseys are fully sublimated polyester. We conduct internal wash tests during development and include care labels; actual results depend on detergent and temperature, so following the label is essential.
Do your materials comply with REACH?
Yes. Inputs are sourced to comply with EU REACH requirements. If you need confirmation for a tender or audit, we include the relevant statements with your order documentation.
