Club mascot soft toys are EN71-1/2/3 tested with CE marking and GPSR labelling. We supply sewn‑in labels and hang tags with compliance data. Keyrings are labelled not suitable for under‑3s. Costumes are performer items, not toys; supplied with care and use guidance.
Can the plush, keyring and costume share the same design?
Yes. We keep one approved character design across plush, mini/keyring and the walk‑around costume. Our MascotiQ studio builds the costume to match colours and details of the plush design.
How do payment and delivery work?
Standard B2B terms: deposit, then balance before shipping, with a VAT invoice from an EU company. We deliver worldwide by courier or freight from the EU; DDP (duties prepaid) is possible for non‑EU countries. Delivery can be arranged direct to your stadium or club shop.
Who creates the artwork and who owns it?
Our in‑house team creates the artwork specifically for your club. Design is free with a production order, and the artwork we create for you is never resold.
