Frequently asked questions

Can we use the club crest on our fan club scarves?

We only produce club crests, league marks and mascots for the rights holder (the club, league, school) or with its written consent. Supporters groups can order their own designs without the crest, or provide written club permission for crest use. This follows EU case law (Arsenal v Reed).

What are the minimum orders and lead times?

Scarves: knitted jacquard and HD printed from 50 pieces per design; silk & satin from 100. Bar scarves, kids scarves and snoods from 50. Mascot plush from 300 per design (mini plush/keyrings from 500). Scarves take 2–5 weeks after approval depending on the model; plush takes 8–10 weeks after prototype approval.

How detailed can the design be?

Knitted jacquard supports bold artwork in up to 6–8 colours per side. HD printed (polyester or fleece) allows photo‑quality images, gradients, faces and sponsor logos, single‑ or double‑sided.

We have a fixed match date. What do you recommend?

Tell us your deadline. HD printed scarves are typically 2–3 weeks after approval; knitted are 3–5 weeks. We plan courier transit from the EU and can propose the fastest model to meet the date.

What drives the price?

Quantity, number of colours, size, single vs double‑sided, and packaging. You receive the price per piece in the written quote within 2 working days.

Can you ship outside the EU and handle duties?

Yes. We ship worldwide from the EU. DDP (duties prepaid) is possible for non‑EU countries; we confirm options in the quote.

Can we mix adult and kids or bar scarves in one order?

Variants are produced as separate models; each model has its own MOQ (typically 50 for scarves). Tell us your split and we confirm feasibility and MOQs in the quote.
