Planning tips that keep the timeline
Work back from the first home game
Allow for design approval, optional sampling and production. Digital proofs arrive in 48 hours; scarf samples take 7–10 days; production ranges from 2–5 weeks for scarves and 3–4 weeks for kits.
Secure crest and mascot rights early
We produce club crests, league marks and mascots only for the rights holder or with its written consent. Supporters groups can order their own designs; crests require the club’s consent.
Start plush earlier than apparel
Mascot plush needs a 2–3 week prototype and 8–10 weeks for production. Approve by late spring for autumn kick-offs, or by early autumn for Christmas.
Lock sizes, names and sponsors
Kits and jerseys are fully sublimated with names, numbers and sponsor logos included. Final rosters and sizes keep the 3–4 week production on track.
Plan delivery to the stadium or shop
Delivery worldwide from the EU by express courier or freight. DDP (duties prepaid) is possible for non‑EU countries — we confirm options in the quote.
Split fast and long items
Combine quick-turn HD printed scarves with longer-lead knitted scarves or plush. If a derby is close, start with printed items while knitted/plush follow.

When should we order club merchandise for an August start?
As a rule of thumb: confirm knitted jacquard scarves by mid June to early July, HD or silk scarves in early to mid July, and kits/jerseys in early July. For mascot plush, approve the prototype by April–May. These windows reflect our standard lead times; we confirm exact dates in the written quote.
We have a derby in five weeks — what can arrive in time?
HD printed or silk & satin scarves (2–3 weeks production after approval) are the safest. Knitted jacquard scarves (3–5 weeks) may be possible with fast approvals. Kits take 3–4 weeks. All depend on swift artwork sign‑off and current capacity; we confirm feasibility in the quote.
How do approvals and samples work on scarves?
You receive a free digital design proof within 48 hours. A physical scarf sample is available in 7–10 days; its cost is credited against the order. Production starts after your approval.
Do you deliver outside the EU and handle duties?
Yes. We deliver worldwide from the EU by express courier or freight. For non‑EU countries we can quote DDP (duties prepaid). Delivery to the stadium or club shop is standard.
What drives whether we can make a tight deadline?
Product choice (2–3 weeks for printed scarves, 3–5 weeks for knitted, 3–4 weeks for kits, 8–10 weeks for plush), how fast artwork and samples are approved, and shipping method. Share your date and quantity — we confirm the schedule in the written quote.
Can we mix sizes and add names and numbers on kits?
Yes. Kids team kits and team jerseys are fully sublimated; names, numbers and sponsor logos are included. MOQ is 10 sets per design and sizes are mixable.
