    Quote and rights check

    Send your mascot artwork or photos and confirm you are the rights holder (or provide written consent). We reply with a specification and price per piece.

    Design and spec confirmation

    Turnarounds with colours and materials, hang tag layout and labelling. Design is free with a production order.

    Prototype

    A sewn prototype of the mascot plush is made and photographed from all sides; one round of changes included before approval.

    Testing and approvals

    EN71-1/2/3 tests on production materials and CE documentation; final sign‑off of tags and packaging.

    Production

    Sewing, stuffing, embroidery, tagging and our final QC and labelling in the EU. Mascot costumes are built in parallel by MascotiQ.

How much does a plush replica of our mascot cost?

It depends on size and detail; a 25 cm plush in an order of 500 is the usual starting point. We quote after seeing the mascot drawings.

What is the minimum for mascot plush?

300 pieces per design for plush, 500 for keyrings. A prototype is sewn first for your approval.

Are the toys safe for children?

Yes — plush is tested to EN71 parts 1–3 and CE marked, with GPSR labelling for the EU market.
