When to order for the rugby union season in Portugal
Northern hemisphere leagues (England, France, Ireland) generally run from late summer/autumn to spring. Southern hemisphere competitions (Australia, New Zealand, South Africa) start in late summer, while Japan and the United States run on calendar-year schedules. To hit pre-season and marquee rounds, approve mascot plush 10–12 weeks ahead, and plan teamwear and scarves 3–5 weeks before required delivery.
Scarves take 3–5 weeks after the design is approved, plush 8–10 weeks, kits 3–4 weeks — plus delivery. The safe moment to order is 8–12 weeks before the date you need the goods in the shop.
