How do we get pricing for our club merchandise?
Send your artwork or brief, quantities by size, and delivery country. You will receive a written quote within 2 working days with the price per piece. Price is driven by quantity, number of colours, size, whether single- or double-sided (for printed scarves), and packaging. Standard B2B terms apply: deposit and balance before shipping, VAT invoice from an EU company.
What timelines should we plan for each product family?
Scarves: digital proof within 48 hours; knitted 3–5 weeks, HD printed 2–3 weeks, silk & satin 2–3 weeks after approval. Plush: prototype 2–3 weeks, production 8–10 weeks. Kits, jerseys, training wear: 3–4 weeks. Mascot costumes: 4–6 weeks. Shipping time depends on destination; we deliver to the stadium or club shop.
What design support do you provide?
Design is free with a production order. Our in‑house design team in Poland prepares visuals to your brand book, confirms colours, and adapts artwork across scarves, kits and plush. Artwork is created for your club and never resold.
What materials and safety standards do you meet?
Knitted scarves are double-layer acrylic (cotton or recycled acrylic on request). Printed and satin scarves use polyester fabrics with vivid sublimation. Mascot plush is EN71-1/2/3 tested with CE marking and GPSR labelling. If you need further compliance documentation, tell us and we will confirm in the quote.
Do you ship outside the EU and handle duties?
Yes. We ship worldwide from the EU by express courier or freight. For non‑EU countries we can offer DDP (duties prepaid) on request and confirm it in the quote. Cartons are labelled by design for easy receiving at your stadium or retail location.
